No. This practice only provides evaluations that are not generally covered by insurance, including medicolegal evaluations and assessments that impact academic or educational functioning.
Please note: We are are still accepting insurance for patients scheduled for a clinical evaluation prior to February 2026.

If you are a former or current patient looking for our clinical practice, we have moved our clinical work to Community Neuroscience Services (CNS) https://communityneuroservices.com/. You can reach us through CNS for ongoing clinical care. Boston Metro Neuropsychology is focused on our independent evaluations and consulting services.

For educational and psychological evaluations:
ADHD/psychological evaluations are $2500.
Learning Disability evaluations (which include assessment of ADHD) are $3250.
Other evaluations are charged at $250/hour.

For medicolegal evaluations, including IMEs, capacity assessments, and Fitness for Work/Fitness for Duty evaluations, costs may vary depending on the length and complexity of the evaluation. Please contact us for more information.

Most clients or examinees can be scheduled within a few weeks. We maintain a limited caseload so that new referrals can be seen without long waits.

For pediatric evaluations under the age of 16, we recommend New Heights Neuropsychology in Worcester (https://www.newheightsneuropsych.com/).

We offer a rapid turnaround, with most reports completed within one to two weeks after testing. Expedited timelines may be available depending on the referral question.

In some cases, yes. Certain interview components and record reviews may be completed by telehealth, depending on regulations and the nature of the evaluation. Testing methods are determined by best practices and state requirements.

Our clinicians are licensed in Massachusetts. Examinees may be scheduled at our office in Westborough or Norwood, MA, and in some circumstances the neuropsychologist may be able to travel to other sites or states, depending on licensing and case requirements.
